Our Prayer Statement

Our Father in Heaven,

We offer praise and adoration to You for You are the Most High God and ruler over the kingdoms of men. (Daniel 4:17) Blessed be Your Name.

Thank you for our salvation that You have revealed to us through the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ-Your only begotten Son. (Romans 1:18; John 3:16)

Thank you for the families and children that you have so graciously given your servants. (Genesis 33:5)

Today we are gathered to address the concerns we have for our vulnerable, young men and women attending our state universities as freshmen. They enter their dormitories to find the walls of protection and safety broken down by administrative measures of allowing opposite-gender visitation beyond any reason.

Nothing, however, is too difficult for you. In your word of truth You tell us that if we set our love upon You, we may ask and you will answer. You will be with us in trouble and You will deliver us. (Genesis 18:14; Psalm 91:14-16)

We lack wisdom,, strength, and courage so we pray, therefore, for grace to plan our strategies and to confront a strong, powerful, and evil foe.

Our merciful and Most High God, we commit our way to You and place our beloved children at your mercy. Deliver them from evil and lead them not into temptation for Thine is the kingdom, the power, and the glory.

In Jesus' Name we pray,

Amen
